Conduct test assessment and prepare master test plan and detail strategy for different types of testing. Perform risk base assessments and determine effectiveness. Understand the test automation requirements and coordinate with internal product team to develop features to accelerate testing Develop the test strategy and framework for test automation using selenium web driver. Project review meeting with business users and project team. Prepare QA schedules for projects. Track and prepare the report for testing activities-test requirement, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines, etc. Plan the offshore work, prioritize base on client need and assign tasks to offshore team.  Develop data-driven automation scripts for testing API web services. Perform defect management with PM developers, BA and testing team.  Analyze quality metrics and report to the project steering committee.  Managing and growing testing assets required for meeting the testing mandate: Team members, testing tools, and testing process. Utilize tools, techniques, and practices for identifying and validating business opportunities. Perform root cause analysis using Prolifics’ MRBIV system. Collect and publish SLA’s and metrics using Prolifics SLA in-depth tool.  Monitor full project lifecycle to ensure compliance with QA standards.



  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related.
  • Skills required: 1 year experience in ERP packages – SAP R/3 (SD, MM, FI, HR, BI, and PS); Database-SQL Server, Oracle; programming languages – ABAP, Python, Java; test management tool-HP Quality center and JIRA; Change management tool – IBM Project office and Rev Trac; test automation tools – QTP, Effecta, Selenium; business intelligence tools – SAP BI.


Job Site:  Pleasanton, CA. Position requires travel to various unanticipated client locations within the United States. Expenses paid by employer.
