Purpose of role:
Kronos Lead is responsible to designing & implementation of Kronos HRMS application.
- Working Experience in multiple versions of Kronos from 5.x/6.x to 8.x
- Having experience in 8.x is preferred
- Experience in different modules of Workforce Central, Primarily in areas like Access Control Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, Planning, Mobile
- Having experience in Kronos Analytics is an added advantage
- Experience in On premise version
- Having experience in Kronos cloud is an added advantage
- Should be expert and have hands on experience in configuration, technical development
- Should pocess good communication skills and be able to lead a team 3 to 4 people
- Great Communcation Skills
- Someone who is a self stater.
- Worked on both domestic & international assignments.
- Someone who can start immediatly.
Qualification & Experience
- 6 - 8 years of experience with Kronos
- MBA HR
- B. Tech / M. Tech
