    Purpose of the role-


    • We are seeking an .Net Lead who comes from a strong hands on background with for building and maintaining internal and external facing web applications Part of the job will involve maintaining and improving our current in-house projects. As such an ability to understand, improve and debug legacy code is important. We are a service industry so we need a flexible and energetic individual who can adapt to the changing needs of the business.


    Key responsibilities


    • 6+ years of Dot net development
    • strong technical expert with deep knowledge of C#, MVC, Web API and SQL Server combined with experience in implementing enterprise scale web applications and services in both business critical and client facing environments
    • Preference for candidates who have worked in healthcare domain
    • The candidate should be experienced in leading a team of 6-8 developers
    • Should be able to do code reviews and mentor team to write good code
    • Should be able to take ownership and resolve technical challenges.
    • candidate should have strong commercial experience working for fast paced companies and be able to hit the ground running
    • This a delivery role, so would suit a delivery focused but flexible individual who can work in small local teams and in larger distributed teams, including delivering solutions using third party commercial off the shelf applications as well as internally developed solutions.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills


    Desired Qualities:


    • Years of Experience should be 6-8 Years
    • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
    • Strong experience in, C#, OOPs Concepts, SQL, MVC, Web API, javaScript, Jquery, Entity Frame work, AngularJS
    • Knowledge on html, css, xml and java sccript is added advantage
