As a Management Trainee, you will work with the Prolifics marketing team to understand the Prolifics culture, our value proposition and will be groomed to become the member of the Sales team of Prolifics. During the training period, you will be trained to research for specific territory / industry accounts, help build the right value proposition. You will be mentored by the marketing and sales teams and will collaborate with the Practice teams to build the right value pitch for your prospects. You will also work as an Inside Sales Rep (ISR), embracing social selling tools such as LinkedIn and Twitter, as well as traditional tele and web routes (chat, video and mobile tools). You will partner with vendor Digital Sales teams (such as IBM and Informatica) to develop and qualify incoming leads, with the objective of winning new customers for Prolifics.
