  • Overview

    Key Responsibilities


    • Create great places for our teams to work that is efficient, responsive and fun

    • Welcome guests, ensures their comfort until they are handed off to an internal colleague

    • Oversee our facilities management, including office access, ordering and managing office supplies and vendors

    • Documentation tracking - Leases / Agreements, title documents, property / LL statutory approvals including OC and all other RE related matters

    • Manage and maintain Statutory compliances, STPI/SEZ logistics, shipping & receiving- Imports, Exports, De-bonding, & mail room

    • Oversee our facilities maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of our office facilities

    • Responsible for the daily operations of workplace including but not limited to: security, health/safety, facility maintenance (MEP, fire/life safety utilities & critical systems)

    • Assist in the Infrastructure process and a liaison to landlords and building management

    • Oversees programs including, business continuity, space planning, furniture, ergonomics, janitorial, food programs, and transportation.

    • Partnering with internal (IT, HR, Legal, etc.) & external resources (Real Estate advisors, Project Managers, Vendors, etc.) to ensure the successful execution of workplace strategies and maintenance

    • Negotiate the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc., and ensuring accurate inventory and tracking

    • Schedule proper maintenance and service for our internal, coffee, water and ice systems

    • Help to address and remedy any building challenges (lighting, temperature, etc.)

    • Assist with employee travel and hotel bookings as needed

    • Assist in the coordination and implantation of the Life Safety program and initiatives for the local office

    • Maintain Office Space planning tool ensuring the seating and floor plans of the local office is consistent and accurate

    • Planning & assisting our monthly internal team lunches, weekly beverage cart program and any other special events

    Desired Expertise



    • At least 2-4 years of facilities operations experience.

    • Real estate experience with MNC in a Corporate function (either within a corporate or as an external service provider) and project management experience

    • Management experience leading a remote site of a multinational company

    • Experience in managing statutory compliances, sez /Customs and audits

    • Experience in both small and large companies

    • Excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills required.

    • Excellent written and oral communications skills required.

    • Advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Project and adobe acrobat

    • Fluency in English mandatory
