Experience 8 – 10 years
Knowledge & experience building complex CRM solutions.
Strong knowledge in designing optimal solutions using CRM Workflows, Plugins.
Development and maintenance of CRM solutions that involve CRM SDK, XRM framework, Client API, Web API and OData
Knowledge of integrating with upstream/downstream systems such as SharePoint, SSRS
Hands on experience working with Dynamics 365 online.
Important additional skills/knowledge:
Thorough understanding of CRM Developer toolkit, Deployment automation.
Comfortable working with Architects, Functional experts and design robust solutions.
Excellent communication skills.
Good to have:
Server side synchronization.
Knowledge of Dynamics CRM Upgradation
Strong communication and negotiation skills with Clients
Flexible to work in shift timings as per Client recommendation
Possess strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with Teams and get the deliverables
Strong exposure of working on global delivery projects
