As a Low Code Solution Architect, you will work with product owners, developers, other architects, and stakeholders to design and implement solutions for our clients, with hands-on creation of both designs and code. You will coach developers in best practices for software engineering and architecture and design. You will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying Low Code applications that quickly provide enterprise business solutions for our clients.



  • Consultatively assist business stakeholders create enterprise business solutions using Low Code technologies – interpreting their requirements and turning it into Low Code solution in a quick iterative fashion, with tight cycles of analysis, implementation, replay, revise
  • Ability to advise on where and how best to apply Low Code, including advising on where Low Code is not the best solution
  • Manage application design, development, enhancements, break-fixes, standard application changes and maintenance activities
  • Interact with clients, product owners, project manager / scrum master / tech lead, onsite and offshore development and QA teams, support teams and other cross-functional teams
  • Communicate with client stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements and to answer questions/clarifications
  • Identify and mitigate risk/issues and escalate to project manager / scrum master / tech lead as required
  • Handle real time issues occurred and troubleshoot to resolve and identify root causes
  • Establishing a Low Code capability within the client – including advising and coaching on best practices

Technical Skills:

  • Low Code vendor certifications – has to have considerable hands-on experience with either Mendix, Now Platform and/or Power Platform, ideally with applicable certification – must have delivered at a minimum 3 enterprise projects across any or all of these vendor products
  • Front End design, Data modeling, integration design, business process automation design
  • Experience with building proof of concepts and designing the solution through rapid iteration
  • Experience implementing Agile projects
  • Experience in web development and understanding of web application architecture
  • Proficiency in SQL programming and relational databases
  • Proficiency in at least one development language e.g.: C#, Java, Python
  • Proficiency in UI development languages e.g.: JavaScript, CSS, HTML
  • Deep understanding of REST and SOAP integrations
  • Proven track record in enterprise-wide API management, microservices, event-driven architectures and complex integrations, understanding of data types and data structures
  • Experience and working knowledge with network protocols and network security
  • DevOps experience
  • Ability to assess application performance and optimize application code with an understanding of the performance characteristics of the vendor Low Code solutions
  • Understanding of the technology landscape including open source, commercial on-premises, and cloud-based tools
