About the Role:

Prolifics Testing is committed to hiring a highly effective and passionate Trainer to deliver the industry standard training course in testing, the ISTQB Foundation Certificate. Our course has been updated to the most recent version of the syllabus, ensuring that it aligns to the latest trends in the testing industry. 

Exemplary communication skills are a must; candidates should be capable of producing clear and concise testing documentation, inclusive of plans, test scripts, test cases, and summary reports.  Test planning, estimation, and ongoing management are viutal components of the role.  Prolifics Testing has high expectations for a methodical and organised approach to dealing with testing projects and the range of stakeholders involved.

Delivery will primarily be from your remote location or our offices.  The role also requires in-person courses on client premises in the UK from time to time

Part of the role will include course updates and contribution to future development / syllabus enhancements for this and other software testing related training courses, including our course in User Acceptance Testing. Full training in the ISTQB course will be given where needed, as well as shadowing and mentoring, to allow skills transfer up to the point at which the new joiner is comfortable enough to deliver their own courses.

Job Requirements:

• Deep understanding of SDLC and demonstrated expertise in software testing
• Highly experienced in facilitating training courses and developing courseware
• Advanced proficiency in functional and integration testing
• Ability to integrate test strategy with high-level plans tailored for customer needs
• Familiarity with ISTQB Foundation Certificate material
