Now, we’re looking for a Client Success Leader to drive value for both our clients and our company.

 

Your Role: 

 

As the Client Success Leader, we'll be counting on you to uncover new buyers and project opportunities within major accounts, and you'll be the main point of contact for clients after the sale, guiding them through our key processes—Adoption, Expansion, and Renewal—to ensure they’re getting the most out of our services. Your goal is to make sure our clients succeed, driving value for both them and us.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Management: Build strong, trusted relationships with key business and technical leaders - You’ll manage expectations, address escalations, and ensure we deliver value. From IT managers to C-suite execs, you'll present solutions and conduct QBRs to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Adoption & Expansion: Help clients adopt and maximize our services while identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, expanding our footprint within existing accounts
  • Delivery Oversight: Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution - You'll need to stay up-to-date on your client’s tech landscape and position our services as best-in-class solutions.
  • Operational & Financial Accountability: Keep operations tight—manage contracts, POs, billing, and ensure proper revenue recognition: You own the account’s P&L and support growth while protecting existing revenue, tracking everything from profitability to margin forecasting.
  • Strategic Reviews & Growth: Participate in Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews to track account performance and identify growth opportunities, ensuring continuous improvement and keeping a pulse on the competition

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience driving revenue growth for key accounts
  • A relationship-builder with solid knowledge of selling project-based IT services
  • Strong communication skills—you can talk strategy with the C-suite and troubleshoot with IT teams
  • Sales savvy—you’re always looking for ways to grow accounts and close deals
  • A solid understanding of IT services, financial metrics, and project delivery

Prolifics provides a reasonable range of compensation, but exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
