Director, Offering Management – Test Automation

About the Role:

The Offering Director possesses exceptional knowledge of testing/QA industry trends, providing strategy and clear vision for go-to-market offerings.  In this role you will identify key solution asset requirements and intellectual property opportunities.  You will be responsible for providing technical expertise across all aspects of QA and Test Automation solutions to help drive customer success.  It is critical that you effectively communicate with and present to stakeholders and executive management on all aspects of QA and Test Automation engagements.

Responsibilities:

Drive new revenue & growth for key accounts and new logos

  • Leverage your own routes to market to create new leads and qualified opportunities
  • Work with sales & technical sales to support Testing Solutions
  • Perform necessary sales support activities from opportunity generation to closing deals, including customer briefings, leading demo creation and build-out, proposal creation and presentation to clients, negotiation and closing of deals, and SOW creation
  • Work with sales & technical sales to support qualified opportunities that they generate
  • RFP support for scoping, estimation, and costing
  • Support sales, CSMs, and engineering via deal hub process
  • Support tech sales in the creation of new sales collateral
  • Supporting marketing content as required

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven record of creating your own routes to market, generating leads and opportunities independently
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, delivery management, development management, QA management, and/or technical consulting
  • 5 years in tech sales supporting Testing solutions; Testing Automation, Functional Testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing
  • Record of exceeding expectations on financial KPI, meeting targets on revenue
  • Ability to support sales cycle in terms of opportunity identification, qualification, proposal costing/estimating
  • Ability to present effectively to both technical and business audiences in context of customer sales
  • Ability to operate in complex selling and delivery environment leveraging multiple teams
