Job Title: UIPath RPA Lead Developer

  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Need to have Document understanding experience.
  • Ability to speak to customers directly and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath to meet functional and technical requirements.
  • Handle Huge Excel Files using RPA.
  • Experience with OCRs.
  • Assess process automation feasibility, estimate time, and design automation workflows in collaboration with process analysts and business stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of RPA developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of RPA projects, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
  • Integrate RPA workflows with other systems and applications to create comprehensive, end-to-end automation solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Prepare detailed design and operational documentation for automation processes, including solution architecture, process flows, and user guides.
  • Provide training and support to junior RPA developers, promoting consistent coding practices and standards.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and improve existing automation solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in RPA projects.
