Job Description

 

The role on the clinical engagement console will give resources the opportunity to build solutions that help enable our service platform users to better serve our members.  The engagement console is a tenant on the Enterprise Service Platform hosted on SalesForce.  The position offers opportunities working to build a wide array of capabilities.

 

Required Skills:

  1. Must demonstrate a deep knowledge of architectural principles and describe the employment of those on several projects
  2. Demonstrates architecture experience producing end-to-end solution models rapidly with focus on non-functional requirements
  3. Experience with API’s and real time integrations
  4. At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, mainly Service Cloud, Health Cloud
  5. Experience of data mapping, object mapping for Health Cloud Modules
  6. Develop and customize Salesforce Health Cloud as needed based on industry std. vs specific client business needs
  7. Experience of working in Apex, Lightning Aura Components, and LWC
  8. Experience in velocity, Omni Studio
  9. Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud modules with Service Cloud and other internal/ external APIs
  10. Experience with systems integration and platform integration
  11. Adept at requirements analysis, estimation, systems and application design
  12. Excellent collaboration, influencing, and consensus-building skills. Ability to work with persons in all job functions (e.g. product, development).
  13. Excellent verbal and written communications
  14. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision. Self-directed
  15. A great team player, with demonstrable experience delivering superior software products via Agile methodologies
  16. Well versed with communicating complex technical details to business and non-technical stakeholders
  17. Should be able to understand and communicate business value of architecture solutions.
  18. Experience defining the architecture to support security/access controls/user provisioning requirements
  19. Experience working with cloud/multi-tenant applications

Desired Skills

  • Must have – Health Cloud Accredited Professional Certification
  • Preferred – Salesforce AI Associate Certification
