Job Title                          : Salesforce Tester                          

Primary skills                  : Software testing, Testing lifecycle and Salesforce Health Cloud

Secondary skills              : Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) and CRM-based testing.

Location                          : Hyderabad                                        

Qualification                   : B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc

JD:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of the testing lifecycle.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and testing Salesforce apps, including configurations, integrations, and customizations.
• Preferred candidates with Salesforce Health Cloud certification
• Conduct end-to-end testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across Salesforce applications in the healthcare sector.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand project requirements, scope, and deliverables
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Perform testing for both new Salesforce features and updates, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
• Report and document defects, track progress, and provide timely updates to stakeholders, including clients, on testing outcomes and issues.
• Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) and CRM-based testing.
• Experience with writing test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts or time zones.

Offshore Hours/Shifts -

a.      2 PM – 11 PM IST

b.      4:30 PM – 01:30 AM IST
