Overview

  • Azure development skills: Should be proficient in using the Azure SDK, Azure CLI, Azure PowerShell, and other tools to develop, deploy, and debug Azure solutions. They should also be familiar with Azure data storage options, data connections, APIs, app authentication and authorization, Key vault, and compute and container deployment

 

  • Azure architecture skills: Advanced knowledge in networking, virtualization, identity, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, data platforms, and governance. They should also be able to design scalable, resilient, and secure solutions that meet the functional and nonfunctional requirements of the project.

 

  • Serverless development skills: Understand the concepts and benefits of serverless computing, such as event-driven architecture, stateless functions, microservices, and orchestration. They should also be able to use Azure Functions and Logic Apps to create and integrate serverless workflows, triggers, bindings, and connectors .

 

  • Azure Service Bus skills: Experience in how to use Azure Service Bus as a messaging service to enable communication between different components of your serverless application. They should also be able to configure topics, queues, subscriptions, and filters to manage and route messages .

 

  • Working knowledge with REST Apis. Using tools like Postman, Fiddler, SoapUI.

 

  • Python and using Python with Azure Function Apps.

 

  • Common Python libraries and Azure specific Python libraries and modules.

 

  • Knowledge of Azure devops and ADO board.
