  • Dashboard & Report Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights.
  • Ensure visualizations are user-friendly, data-rich, and optimized for performance.
  • Data Modeling & Transformation:
  • Develop robust data models and DAX calculations for efficient data retrieval and transformation.
  • Implement data cleansing, transformation, and aggregation techniques using Power Query and SQL.
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across reports and dashboards.
  • Optimize Power BI reports and underlying datasets for faster performance and scalability.
  • Improve report loading times and enhance user experience through indexing, partitioning, and efficient query design.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirement Gathering
  • Ensure compliance with organizational data security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentorship & Team Leadership
  • Develop and implement automated Power BI deployment processes using Power BI Service and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Maintain version control and change management for Power BI reports.
  • Monitor Power BI services for performance, errors, and usage analytics.
  • Troubleshoot data refresh failures and report issues, ensuring timely resolution.
