Prolifics Testing is a UK based services firm, a part of the Prolifics Group, based in the USA and India.  Our clients represent a wide range of industries, including Professional Services, Digital, Higher Education, Finance and Legal, among others.  Customers are some of the leading companies in the UK and either direct, or already using Prolifics for development services, based on Mulesoft and IBM middleware solutions.

Senior Test Analyst needed for manual functional testing role, with good project experience, for varied UK testing assignments with some remote working for a leading UK and Global testing services company.  Candidates should be highly motivated and broadly technical in a range of areas, with experience in functional, integration and acceptance testing, ideally with the implementation of major business applications in a corporate environment.  A background in the Professional Services or Legal Sectors would be an advantage.

You will be a certified tester, at a minimum of Foundation level (ISTQB) and used to working closely with project managers, sponsors and technical team members in major organisations, to assure quality on multiple projects and streams of work.  You will have experience in working on agile and waterfall environments with a range of test phases, primarily functional system testing, but also integration, end to end testing and with supporting user teams with Acceptance Testing.

Good communication skills are a pre-requisite, candidates should be capable of producing clear and concise testing documentation – plans, test scripts, test cases and summary reports.  This is a good opportunity for the right person to gain a breadth of technical and industry experience across different projects and offers good technical advancement prospects.

Requirements

Essential

• 3-5 years testing experience in functional testing.
• Integration testing experience and knowledge of UAT.
• Experience with Automation tools Playwright
• Experience in testing – applications including iManage, Aderant, Elite3E, Intapp.
• A good understanding of the software development life cycle development and testing and experience of working on a range of projects
• Experience of working in a variety of different technical environment.

Advantageous

• API testing experience
• Performance testing or automation experience
