  • Job Title: Scrum Master
  • Primary skills: understanding of Agile principles, ceremonies, and backlog management 
  • Location: Hyderabad (Mindspace#12B)
  • Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
  • Experience: 6+

 

Job Description: 

  • 6+ years of total experience with at least 3 years as a dedicated Scrum Master
  • Solid understanding of Agile principles, ceremonies, and backlog management
  • Proven experience facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups
  • Ability to identify and remove impediments while fostering team collaboration
  • Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
