Job Description:
- Lead the architecture, design, and governance of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solutions using IBM Integration technologies (ACE, MQ, DataPower, MFT etc.)
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver scalable and maintainable middleware solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture and integration patterns.
- Design and document APIs, message flows, service orchestration, and data mapping strategies.
- Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments for new service requests.
- Establish integration standards, guidelines, and reusable frameworks.
- Review and approve technical design documents, code, and deployment architecture.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, security standards, compliance requirements.
- Support troubleshooting of critical production issues and recommend performance optimization strategies.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, client reviews, and project planning activities.
- Analyse customer landscapes to define integration strategy, interface contracts, and reusable patterns.
- Drive performance optimization by designing efficient integration patterns, minimizing latency, and tuning runtime configurations across IBM ACE, MQ, and DataPower.
- Identify and propose modernization opportunities across the integration layer.
- Provide effort estimation, capacity planning, and solution sizing for integration projects.
- Identify and drive automation opportunities across the integration lifecycle
