  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, or Business Administration
  • Experience: 3+

 

Job Description:

 

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of corporate laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and compliance software

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws
  • Organize and coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including drafting agendas and minutes
  • Maintain statutory registers and records
  • Prepare and file necessary documents with regulatory authorities
  • Advise the Board on corporate governance best practices
  • Liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors
  • Assist in corporate restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions
  • Maintain and update corporate records, including share registers and minutes books

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, or Business Administration
  • Additional qualifications like LLB, CA, or ICWA are advantageous
