Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Lead/Developer specializing in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will undertake Developer initiatives, provide hands-on expertise, and drive solutions using ACE for our client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of IBM ACE solutions in alignment with project requirements.
• Architect integration solutions leveraging IBM ACE capabilities to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members working on ACE-related projects.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and implement best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to integration solutions, including performance bottlenecks and system failures.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IBM ACE and integration technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in designing and implementing integration solutions using IBM ACE.
• Strong understanding of SOA, ESB concepts, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in ESQL, Java, and other scripting languages used in IBM ACE.
• Experience with messaging protocols such as MQ and HTTP.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, influence stakeholders, and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Good to have:

• Experience with DataPower, IBM MQMFT, OpenShift & CP4I.
• IBM ACE certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain certification
