Job Description:
Required Skills:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
- Proficient in at least two of the following tools: Neo Load, JMeter, LoadRunner (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in identifying performance issues.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, web services, databases, and application performance metrics.
- Experience in test data management and environment configuration for performance tests.
- Ability to interpret performance test results and make meaningful recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across web, application, and database layers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using Neo Load, JMeter, or LoadRunner.
- Conduct performance, load, stress, and scalability testing for enterprise-level applications.
- Analyse test results and provide detailed performance reports.
- Identify bottlenecks, root causes, and suggest optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
- Develop test plans, strategies, and performance test cases.
- Simulate load scenarios based on production usage and user patterns.
- Participate in performance engineering activities across various phases of the SDLC.
- Provide support during performance test execution and triage.
- Clearly communicate findings, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders
