Job Description:

 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Leverage 5+ years of end-to-end IT recruitment experience in a corporate environment or agency setting to drive recruitment strategies
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in stakeholder management to build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Utilize cost-effective sourcing channels to identify and attract top talent
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings, cultivating relationships with passive candidates and keeping them engaged
  • Ensure adherence to legal and organizational policies regarding recruitment practices

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment in a corporate environment or agency setting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with various cost-effective sourcing channels
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates
