  • Job Title: Lead Technical Recruiter 
  • Primary skills: Experience in technical recruitment, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Secondary skills: Proven track record of developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies

  • Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
  • Experience: 6-8 yrs.

 

Job Description:

 

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Recruiter to lead our Technical Recruitment team and drive the recruitment of top technical talent for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top technical talent
  • Lead and manage a team of technical recruiters to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
  • Utilize cost-effective sourcing channels to identify and attract top technical talent
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
  • Ensure adherence to legal and organizational policies regarding recruitment practices

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong knowledge of technical recruitment best practices and trends
  • Familiarity with various cost-effective sourcing channels
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters
