  • Job Title: AI Engineer
  • Primary skills: Design conversational flows and user journeys using conversational design best practices
  • Secondary skills: Train NLP models with custom intents, entities, and utterances for improved accuracy
  • Location: Hyderabad (Mindspace#12B)
  • Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
  • Experience: 5+

 

Job Description: 

  • Design conversational flows and user journeys using conversational design best practices
  • Develop and implement AI chatbots using platforms such as Google Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson, Rasa, or Amazon Lex
  • Train NLP models with custom intents, entities, and utterances for improved accuracy
  • Integrate chatbots with backend systems (CRMs, ERPs, databases, APIs)
  • Continuously analyze chatbot performance and optimize based on user feedback and analytics
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Developers, and QA teams
  • Ensure chatbot conversations maintain contextual relevance and personality as per brand tone
  • Support multi-channel deployment (web, mobile, WhatsApp, MS Teams, Slack, etc.)
  • Implement fallback mechanisms and escalate complex queries to human agents when needed
