Job Description:

Lead Agentic Solutions Lead (Microsoft Stack – LoCode & ProCode)

Role Overview:
This is a hands-on Dev leadership position. The Lead Agentic Solutions Lead manages the delivery of enterprise-grade virtual assistants and autonomous agent solutions using Microsoft's stack. The role covers both LoCode (Power Platform, MS Copilot) and ProCode (Azure AI Foundry, open-source LLMs) streams, focused on robust, compliant, and at-scale development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor developers building automation and AI agent solutions with MS stack tools.
• Ensure all development meets enterprise standards for security, scalability, and governance.
• Gather requirements from business units and technical teams; outline delivery approach.
• Stay up-to-date on Microsoft/open-source agent frameworks to guide tooling and best practices.
• Support integration of enterprise knowledge bases, contribute to prompt engineering efforts.
• Contribute to base framework, coding assistance and customer demos.

Relevant Experience Required:

• 6+ years in software development, with 2+ years in a lead or senior developer role.
• Substantial hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI (including AI Foundry), and open-source LLM frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver, integrate, and manage AI or agentic solutions at scale with MS technologies.
• Experience working in secure, regulated enterprise environments.
