Job Description

Prolifics is looking for a Solutions Architect with IBM Stack products(IIB, DataPower, IBM ApiConnect) experience  strong hands on architecture experience, recent healthcare experience, strong communication skills. For those that do not have healthcare experience we would like them to have knowledge / experience with Cloud, IoT, Epic, Kafka.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in application architecture, including lead design responsibilities with deep understanding of architectural componentization.

  • Strong knowledge of architecture principles, with demonstrated application across multiple projects.

  • Clear understanding of the distinction between architecture and high-level design, and ability to articulate that in project settings.

  • Hands-on architecture experience with system integration and platform integration.

  • Ability to rapidly produce end-to-end solution models with emphasis on non-functional requirements (NFRs).

  • Strong UML modeling expertise.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through architectural development, collaborating closely with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and other project constituents.

  • Skilled at translating functional requirements into technical requirements and architecture definitions.

  • Strong business and technology decision-making skills with prior technical leadership experience.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies; experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred.

  • Industry knowledge in Healthcare or Insurance/Financial Services is a plus (preferred, not required).


Healthcare / Insurance Industry-Specific Expertise (Preferred)

  • Experience designing domain models across business areas such as offering, member, provider, claims, and clinical.

  • Strong background in message modeling aligned with business models for API integration.

  • Expertise in API modeling, including healthcare-specific processes such as HIPAA compliance.
