Primary Skill: SAP CI, including Groovy scripting, palette functions, and various adapters

Job Description:

SAP BTP/ CPI/PIPO Technical Lead

· Serve as the primary point of contact, overseeing the design, development, and successful delivery of the project.

· Design and implement custom iFlows, Groovy scripts, XSLT mappings, and various palette functions in SAP CPI.

· Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with a wide range of adapters, including SOAP, SFTP, OData, HTTP, ProcessDirect, IDoc, and SuccessFactors.

· Collaborate with team members and Product Owners to analyze requirements and recommend, design, develop, and implement solutions that meet strategic goals for usability, performance, reliability, security, and compliance.

· Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts, Development, QA, Usability, Training, Transport Management, and other internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of system enhancements and bug fixes.

· Perform SAP Cloud Integration (CI) development and configuration, following industry best practices and standards.

· Gather and analyze user requirements to develop comprehensive functional specifications.

· Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into high-quality technical solutions.

· Engage regularly with the development team to contribute innovative ideas, ensure process adherence, and drive continuous improvement.

· Communicate proactively with clients and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with requirements and suggest improved solutions where applicable.

· Support the strategic goals of the organization by delivering cost-effective, high-quality, client-focused solutions in accordance with established policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications required:

· 7+ years of experience integrating various applications using SAP Cloud Integration, with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

o Proficient understanding and hands-on experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions and SAP Cloud Connector

o Strong knowledge of transport mechanisms in SAP CI, including Groovy scripting, palette functions, and various adapters

o Familiar with data stores and experienced in related SAP technologies such as ABAP, Basis, Security, SAP NetWeaver Process Integration (PI), SAP Portal, and SAP Cloud Integration.

· Practical experience in integrating both on-premise and cloud-based applications using SAP CI

· Successfully contributed to various types of projects including migrations, support, new implementations, and global rollouts

Preferred:

· BE/B.Tech or higher educational qualification

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex business concepts in clear, non-technical language

· Customer-oriented approach with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proven skills in multitasking and interpersonal communication
