Job Description:

 

Role Overview:
As a Managed Services Lead, you will be responsible for the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement
of managed services for global clients. This role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, client
engagement, and technology understanding to ensure service excellence and long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Services for multiple accounts, ensuring SLA adherence, customer
satisfaction, and service continuity.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on service delivery.
- Define and implement service management frameworks (ITIL-based), governance models, and reporting
structures.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, delivery, and sales, to design managed services
offerings and solutions.
- Drive transformation and automation initiatives for service delivery optimization.

Lead a global support team and manage 24x7 operations where applicable.
- Manage budgets, cost optimization, and profitability for managed services accounts.
- Track service performance metrics and present regular reports to clients and internal leadership.
- Ensure compliance with security, risk, and quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in service processes, tools, and knowledge base.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 7+ years in leading Managed Services or IT Operations.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-technology managed services engagements.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks (ITIL v4 certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of cloud (Azure/AWS), infrastructure, monitoring, DevOps, and application support
models.
- Experience working in a global delivery model with distributed teams.
- Exceptional client-facing and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
