Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns (email, paid social, search, content syndication) to generate MQLs/SQLs for Prolifics’ software and IT services.
- Build and run targeted outreach for UK & US buyer personas; own campaign calendars and landing pages; ensure on-time delivery.
- Track performance end-to-end (from first touch to opportunity) and present actionable insights and next steps.
Content & Channels
- Create, edit, and publish content across channels: emails, blogs, case studies, battlecards, slide decks, brochures/one-pagers, newsletters, and website pages.
- Manage social media (organic + paid) with strong copywriting; coordinate tagging, scheduling, and partner/employee amplification.
Web, SEO & Analytics
- Maintain and update website content; apply on-page SEO best practices and conversion UX hygiene.
- Monitor analytics (e.g., GA4, Search Console, ad managers, HubSpot/SFDC reports) and iterate for better CTR, CVR, and CPL.
Events & Field Marketing
- Coordinate webinars, workshops, client dinners, industry conferences, and partner-led events (including logistics, catering, shipping of collateral).
- Own event ops: audience acquisition, confirmation/nurture flows, run-of-show, speaker/SME coordination, and post-event follow-ups.
Alliances (IBM) & Partner Marketing
- Own IBM co-marketing programs: plan activities, secure and manage funds, and submit through IBM Marketing Activity Planner (MAP) / MDF processes.
- Collaborate with IBM and distribution (e.g., Arrow) on joint campaigns, workshops, and assets; ensure brand and compliance guidelines are met.
- Produce alliance-facing communications (e.g., Win Wires) and promote joint wins across channels.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Build and maintain sales collateral (battlecards, pitch decks, case studies) aligned to offers and ICPs.
- Work closely with regional marketing, alliances, and sales teams in India/UK/US to align plans and hand off qualified leads effectively.
Reporting & Governance
- Own campaign budgets; forecast, track, and reconcile spend; tie investments to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Deliver weekly/monthly dashboards on MQLs/SQLs, pipeline influenced, ROI, and event performance.
Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of B2B marketing experience in software/IT services (required).
- Proven demand gen experience across email, paid social/search, and webinars with measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong copywriting and content production skills for technical/enterprise buyers.
- Hands-on with marketing tools such as HubSpot (or similar MA), Salesforce (CRM), Cognism (or similar), and ad platforms; familiarity with Infoseek or analogous tools is a plus.
- Working knowledge of SEO, CMS (e.g., WordPress or equivalent), and analytics (e.g., GA4, Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager/Ads).
- Event management end-to-end (including catering/logistics/shipping) and budget ownership experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong project management and stakeholder coordination.
- Understanding of UK & US IT services markets and partner ecosystems (preferred); IBM alliance/co-marketing exposure is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working the 1 PM–11 PM IST shift; occasional flexibility for late-evening US calls when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Business; CIM or similar certification is a plus.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Qualified leads, cost per lead, and pipeline/revenue influenced.
- Event registrations, attendance rate, meeting creation, and post-event opportunity creation.
- Channel performance, website engagement, and SEO growth.
- Timely and compliant IBM/Arrow fund utilization and claim approvals.
- Sales satisfaction with enablement assets and campaign support.
