Job Title: CMS Specialist – Optimizely Configured Commerce                       

Primary Skill: Optimizely CMS Architecture, content modelling, and personalization features

Secondary Skill: .NET, REST APIs, and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)

Location: Hyderabad                                        

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc

YOE: 5+ Years

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and optimize Optimizely CMS within the Configured Commerce framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Dev, Marketing, Product) to deliver dynamic, personalized content experiences
• Design and implement reusable content models, templates, and workflows aligned with business goals
• Ensure content governance, SEO optimization, and accessibility compliance across digital properties
• Support integrations with PIM, DAM, CRM, and analytics platforms
• Troubleshoot CMS-related issues and provide training/documentation for content authors
• Stay current with Optimizely roadmap, releases, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in CMS implementation, with 2+ years in Optimizely Configured Commerce
• Strong understanding of Optimizely CMS architecture, content modelling, and personalization features
• Experience with Optimizely Commerce Cloud, including Catalog management and digital merchandising
• Familiarity with .NET, REST APIs, and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable CMS solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Optimizely certifications (CMS, Commerce, or DXP)
• Experience with multi-site Implementations
• Exposure to Agile delivery environments and DevOps practices
