About the Role:
The Offering Director will be responsible for providing high-end technical expertise across data governance, modern data repositories, and advanced analytics solutions to help drive customer success. You will provide a strategy and clear vision for go to market offerings via identifying key solution asset requirements and IP. The consulting team provides direction and development guidance to the Data & Analytics engineering competencies by helping to define/refine best practice workshop content and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-end technical expertise and the execution of data strategy workshops (pre & post-sales) – A healthy combination inclusive of the following solution and technical architecture expertise in:
- Data Architecture (EDW, Lakehouse, Delta Lake)
- IBM CP4D, WatsonX, Databricks, Snowflake, EDB, Azure (ADF, Synapse etc.), AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift etc.), Informatica, SSIS
- Collibra, Alation, Attacama, Erwin
- Cognos, PowerBI, Tableau
- Generative AI strategy and applications
Drive new revenue & growth for key accounts and new logos
- Work with Sales & Tech Sales to support qualified opportunities
- RFP support for scoping, estimation and costing
- Support sales, CSMs, engineering via deal hub process
- Support tech sales creating new sales collateral
- Supporting marketing content as required
Workshop delivery
- Leverage Segment Architects to delivery workshops
- Occasionally participate in workshop delivery – particularly pre-sales and strategy workshop
- Create workshop-specific collateral and identify opportunities to create IP, tools, and accelerators to improve GTM and revenue acceleration
- Perform architecture & design reviews for the projects in progress at key junctures as required – design review, performance & capacity, production, post prod assessment
People & skill development
- Direction and guidance to engineering – key skills, recommended delivery roadmaps
- Skill plan and enablement for consulting team
- Identification of key partners, particularly in emerging solution areas (i.e. AI & GenAI, modern data repositories, advanced analytics)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 Years working in technical sales support to construct and deliver hands-on technical demonstrations, Proofs of Concept (PoC), Proofs of Technology (PoT), MVPs, and pilots, working with products and services to provide holistic customer solutions
- Previous designation as a technology division leader with P&L responsibilities
- Consultative and technical sales experience in data governance, modern data repositories & advanced analytics solutions
- Ability to support sales cycle in terms of opportunity identification, qualification, proposal costing/estimating
- Ability to present effectively to both technical and business audiences in context of customer sales
- Ability to operate in complex selling and delivery environment leveraging multiple teams
- Ability to support complex solutions (modern data repositories & advanced analytics experience highly preferred)

About the Role:

- Strong Business Development experience and negotiation skills with a consultative mindset and ability to anticipate client needs

About the Role:
The Account Executive - Quality Assurance & Test Automation is an individual contributor, quota driven sales role with responsibility for developing and closing new client business. You will lead and nurture relationships with clients, expand Prolifics’ footprint in the market, and enhance the continued value of our Quality Assurance & Test Automation solutions and services. Your focus will be to meet and exceed assigned quota, build territory revenue, prospect and close accounts through individual initiative and leveraging the marketing and technical support teams within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Stay updated with key offerings within the Prolifics QA&TA portfolio and industry best practices to effectively position our solutions in front of clients
- Partner with, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams through the entire sales cycle
- Lead the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to close - inclusive of prospecting, discovery, presentation, forecasting, negotiation, and closing deals
- Research target accounts and develop prospecting campaigns
- Work with the Technical Pre-Sales team to scope the proper Quality Assurance & Test Automation solution based on prospect needs and requirements
- Manage all Prolifics opportunities in your portfolio, while maintaining accurate forecasting and communication with management
- Responsible for closing multi-million dollar sales revenue target per fiscal year with a deal size typically averaging $500k
- Provide solutions that combine both software and services in mid-market and large scale enterprise accounts
- Help to build and manage an effective pipeline of quality targets
- Build a value proposition through effective probing and understanding of the customers’ business model
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with successfully selling Quality Assurance & Test Automation solutions into Fortune 1000 companies
- Strong sales acumen with significant experience in consultative selling
- Proven track record of developing sales strategy and consistently exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets
- Skilled at all facets of the selling process, from lead generation and opportunity identification through to proposal, and oral presentations, as well as contract negotiations and closing new deals
- A history of success in managing a large territory, demand generation, strategic territory and account planning, forecasting, quota attainment while maintaining customer loyalty
- Highly effective communication conducive to sale presentation skills
- In-depth understanding of the sales process and sales cycle for technical solutions
